Thank you for your interest in performing at the 2026 Hilton Apple Fest.
We are a fully volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the community about our apple growing history and supporting many other nonprofits which serve the Hilton-Parma community.
Many dozens of artists and groups reach out to us each year looking to be part of our festival. As you might imagine, it is a very challenging task for our volunteer committee to select the few artists for whom we have space and time to perform in the two short days we have.
In order to help us improve this process, we ask that you please complete this survey/application, so that we can most efficiently capture your information. Submitting an application does NOT mean you are accepted. You are only accepted once we have reached out to fit you into the festival schedule at an agreed upon time and received a signed 2026 HAF entertainment contract from your band or group.
This year's festival is Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct. 4.
