1) Complete this form to setup or update your ADC Account information, select classes for the 2018-19 season, & e-sign the studio waiver and contract.
2) Pay your Registration Fee. If you have not already paid your registration fee with our staff at the front desk or over the phone, you will be contacted after submitting this form to process your payment and finalize your class requests.
3) Receive your e-receipt of your "Last Month Tuition." Your registration is complete upon the processing of your last month of tuition, which is charged to the credit or debit card on file with your ADC Account when your student is added to their class roster(s).
