Widely considered to be the "gold standard" for mindfulness and meditation courses, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has been helping people better relate to their stressors since its creation in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts. A secular and systematic mindfulness training program trusted by health care clinicians, corporations, schools and sports teams, this evidence-based program in Hong Kong follows the exact same 8-week curriculum developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness.
MBSR has brought mindfulness meditation into the mainstream thanks to the empirical evidence compiled throughout its 40-year history. Through an experiential approach, you will learn how to cultivate self-care and resilience holistically through the interconnection of mind and body, and awaken your own inner capacity for better stress management, coping, and healing.
Free information sessions
These free information sessions give a short introduction to mindfulness and the history of MBSR. Course curriculum, mindfulness research and expectations for the participants will also be explained.

If minimum class size it not met, full refunds will be given.
