2019 Common Ground High School Winter Festival - Sat. Dec. 14th - 10AM - 2PM
- All items for sale must be hand crafted only.
- Each crafter/artisan can bring their own table. It cannot exceed 3’ x 6’. Tables can also be provided at no additional cost. They measure 2’ x 5’. Please ensure to note table needs below.
- Please let us know if you require access to an outlet.
- Set-up will be from 9:00am to 10:00am on the 14th of December.
- Vehicles may be driven near doors for unloading and loading, but must be parked in lot when finished.
- Snow or Shine! – Cancellations for severe weather only. Check website for delays or cancellation.

Reservation fees are due when application is submitted. Spots are not officially reserved until payment is made:
Adult artisans/crafters: $25 Additional table space: $15 each (must be for same crafter)
Junior High/High School /College Student: $15 (include copy of student ID or report card if not a CGHS student) Additional table space: $10 (must be same crafter)
CGHS organization with proceeds going to the school: FREE

Payments can now be made via credit card online. Although these payments go through Paypal, you do NOT have to have a Paypal account to make a payment. Link to payment here:


If you need to submit payment via check or money order, please send an email to Carla Lia at clia@nhep.com so that we know to expect your payment via mail. Checks should be payable to Common Ground High School & write “Winter Festival” on the memo line.

Vendor cancellations after Mon. Dec. 9th and “no-shows” will not be refunded for their table fees.
