You can apply using the form below either for yourself or on behalf of somebody else. Our advisors will contact everyone who enquires to confirm eligibility for free support or discuss other support options.

We'll arrange a home energy advice call / visit at a time that suits you. During the call (or visit when possible), a qualified home energy advisor will discuss your situation, bills, heating etc., and identify whether energy saving measures may be beneficial. We will also assess, as far as we can, the property and your personal situation for further assistance and support.
