Thank you for considering being a panelist at our 8th Annual MetroWest Conference for Women on September 19, 2024.
We are on a mission to provide the most affordable, relevant and relatable conference platform available for women, close to home. Our goal is to highlight the amazing experts in our region. As a result, priority will be given to MetroWest based speakers. We give our selected panelists a great deal of promotion and connect them to our followers, but we are NOT able to provide honorariums. Our organization is led by and run by volunteers. Please consider the value of our sold-out attendance (400+) and high level of engagement on digital and social platforms as part of an incentive to apply.

Proposal submissions will be accepted through Friday July 5, 2024. Once applications close, we will announce our selections by the end of July. With our confirmed panelists, we will then create expert panels of 3 speakers to address a topic which was highly requested during our monthly Open Community meetings in MetroWest. If selected, you and your expert panel mates will work together to develop your content and format of your breakout session. Breakout sessions run for 45 minutes each, and run twice with a 15-minute break in-between sessions (i.e. if selected, your breakout session will EITHER run in the morning from 10-10:45a then repeat from 11-11:45a OR in the afternoon from 2-2:45p then repeat from 3-3:45p).
