Jessica Grace Fitness and Nutrition 7 Day Slimdown!

Hi! I'm so glad you've decided to take the 7 day challenge! My goal for you is to lose weight, gain energy and be feeling great by the end of the week!

I won't kid you and say the next 7 days are going to be 'easy'; all real change requires real effort. BUT, I will be by your side cheering you on and making it as simple a process as I can! The only requirement I'm asking of you is to follow the plan and stay engaged in the group by posting daily. That's it!

Once you are in the group you will find the Easy Meal Plan shopping list in the Files section (Facebook). This list will be VERY simple and inexpensive-nothing complicated or hard to find, I promise! I want you to be SUCCESSFUL and HAVE FUN! All you need to do now is:

1. Just answer these few simple questions-they are as much for you as they are for me...it's important to know WHAT you want and WHY you want it!
