OssFest 2019 will take place on Saturday, July 27th from 11am-11pm (although you only have to remain set up until 7pm)
Applications must be received by April 30, 2019 to be considered for OssFest 2019.
Why be a part of OssFest 2019? -It is one of Toronto’s coolest streets! (We have been written up in Porter Airlines, The New York Times and the Washingtononian)-The festival foot print is the perfect size, as we close the Ossington Ave from Queen St W to Dundas St W. Festival goers typically travel up and down the Ossington Strip a few times-year over year growth in guest attendance and participation-20+ patios-we are a restaurant destination -our demographic includes lots of Millennials, young families, professionals, and so many more!
The Finer Details:
-A response will be given within 10 business days from application date. Payment must be received within 30 days from the invoice being issued.-Payments are non-refundable with the exception if the festival is not able to be put on due to City of Toronto restrictions. Inclement weather does not apply to this. -Vendor fee includes social media promotion of your brand/product/service once per month leading up to the festival and the week of the festival -a 10 x 10 footprint on the street (location to be determined by the festival organization committee closer to the festival date)-Vendor fee does NOT include tent, table or any infrastructure-IF tents or any infrastructure are to be used, they must be approved by the Festival Committee. -City of Toronto food handling requirements MUST BE included, including but not limited to heat guards, hand washing stations, and proper disposal of items and garbage.-Unfortunately, electricity is NOT available-Your activation will remain up and running from 11am-7pm. Tear down can not begin before 7pm. Vehicles will NOT be permitted on the street from 7pm-11pmish due to the festival still ongoing. You are welcome to stay set up until 11pm, but is not required.
