Calculator Information
Tell us about your calculator's model and hardware revision.
Calculator Model *
Calculator Date Code *
The date code is found on the back of the calculator, stamped or engraved near the product's regulatory markings. For the old style that is found on most calculators, it's a letter (I, K, L, M, N, P, or S), followed by a dash, then four numbers (the month and year, respectively), and usually (but not always), a letter indicating the hardware revision. For the new style found on a few very new calculators, it's a letter, followed by one or two numbers, followed by either another number or a letter T. Prototypes have special serial numbers; if you have a prototype where the serial number does not match either of these formats, enter the entire serial number. See the associated image to locate your date code. Please follow this format exactly when entering your date code.

Calculator OS/ROM Version
The OS version for the TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus series of calculators, as well as the TI-Nspire with TI-84 Plus Keypad, can be found by pressing [2nd] [MEM] [1](About), and will be displayed under the calculator's model number. For other calculators, the ROM version can be found by pressing [MODE] [ALPHA] [S]. Press [CLEAR] to exit version screens.

This is entirely optional, but recommended for the TI-Nspire with TI-84 Plus Keypad, which uses a software emulation of the calculator.
