Blast 2018 Registration
Please complete this form to register for BLAST summer camp on July 18-21. Only 6 students per school may register for BLAST. Registration closes on May 15th.

1) I understand that by completing this form I am registering for BLAST and I am responsible for paying the summer camp fee of $325. NO REFUNDS will be given.

2) Individual payments must be postmarked by May 18th along with a copy of this online registration form.

3) By May 24th email confirmation packets, that will include insurance forms and a packing list, will be emailed to all delegates. All information and insurance forms must be postmarked by June 15th to attend BLAST.

4) Please print one copy of this online form to keep for your information and one to submit with your payment.
