In consideration for being allowed to participate in Sunrise Bootcamp, you assume all risks from this event and release Citra Fitness & Movement and Gateway Arch Park Foundation (GAPF) and its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any liability claim resulting from taking part in any live, written or recorded bootcamp instruction. You expressly assume the risk of injury and damages and will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties as to any claims for injury and damage.

*Sunrise Bootcamp to be replaced with Sunrise Yoga, held only this week at 10 a.m., at the North Gateway in Gateway Arch National Park during Blues at the Arch Festival weekend.
Photographic Release: You grant and convey to GAPF all rights, title, and interests in all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of You or Your likeness or voice made by GAPF in connection with bootcamp provided to GAPF.
By participating in GAPF events, you agree to receive email newsletters from the organization. We respect your privacy and will never sell your information to third parties.
