Summer 2025 - Flash Coach Interest Form
Please complete this form if you are interested in participating as a Head Coach and/or Assistant Coach for the upcoming Summer 2025 Flash season. This year we are anticipating to have teams in the 8U, 10U and 12U divisions. Level of team play and number of teams will be dependent upon registration and enrollment.
  • Coaching on a Flash team is a high level of commitment and will require travel on some weekends (some tourneys are out of town).
  • Teams are expected to practice 2-3 days per week, in addition to participating in at least 4-5 tournaments during the summer season.
  • With the exception of Regional Championships, tournaments can start as early as Friday evening at 4pm and can end late on Sunday early evening.
  • Assistant coaches will be selected AFTER the division tryouts.
  • All coaches will be required to complete the ACE training and concussion certification along with passing a background check prior to the start of the season.
  • Coaches must attend tryouts and participate in the formation of teams.

●   8U Division - 4/28/25 (Monday) @ 4:30pm - 6:30pm - location TBD
●   10U Division - 4/29/25 (Tuesday) @ 4:30pm - 6:30pm - location TBD
●   12U Division - 4/30/25 (Wednesday) @ 4:30pm - 6:30pm - location TBD

Interest Forms are due on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 11:59PM PT. The FCYSA Board will aim to select coaching staffs by Monday, April 21, 2025.
