With In-Store Check In, your items are given the "Rhea Lana's Guarantee"!
You would chose In-Store Check In if you don't mind unloading your items from your car and don't mind putting your items out on the sale floor after they've been checked.  
This is our most usual form of Check In. There is no additional fee for In-Store Check In.

I agree that all items will be labeled with both a string tag & Rhea Lana's barcode label (no barcode labels should be stuck directly to any items).

I agree to have my items in numerical order if I want my items to be guaranteed.

I understand that if I want my items guaranteed, I need to bring a printed copy of my inventory sheet with me, if I don't bring it, I will be charge $1 fee to print per consignor ID.

I agree that my items are seasonally appropriate -can be worn year round in FL!

I agree that my items do not have holes, stains, pet hair, or odors (pet, mildew, smoke, etc).

I understand if I waive my guarantee this will save time at check in and I do not need to have my inventory sheet or have my items in numerical order..

I understand that any boxes or containers used to drop off my items will be returned to me, before leaving, as we don't have a way to dispose of them for you.

I agree that my items must have clear, identifiable descriptions, including brand, color, size, and other distinguishing details when applicable, and I understand that any items without sufficient descriptions are not guaranteed against loss.

Any items that are stained, torn, have an odor, have pet hair or overly worn

Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts

Any battery operated toys, swings or bouncers etc. that do not function

Stuffed animals (unless they are a well known brand like Jellycats, Disney, Build-a-Bear, or Talking /Animated)

Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)

Breast Pumps (We DO accept battery powered, rechargable, tubeless pumps like the Elvie, MomCozy, Baby Buddha, and Willow pumps & new unopened)

Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers

Bedding (We DO accept Crib Sheets, Swaddles, Milestone Blankets, Mermaid Tale Blankets, Sleeping Bags, and Decorative Pillows. We DO NOT accept blankets for older children, Queen and King duvets, comforters, or crib bumpers.

High chairs, bumbo seats, or any baby equipment that is designed with straps but is missing any required straps(waist, chest, seat, etc)

Owlet monitors that are recalled and expired

Shoes *

I agree that all shoes will have masking tape with consignor number and price.

I agree that all shoes have been cleaned and are in like new condition. (dirty shoes will not be accepted, please clean all shoes before entering into the sale)

Non-Clothing Items *

I agree that all non-clothing items (toys, books, bikes, etc) will have masking tape with consignor number and price, string tag, and barcode label attached to the string tag.

I agree that any item requiring assembly will be be dropped off already put together or I will put it together when dropped off.

Expiration of Car Seats, Bases, and Booster Seats

We will accept car seats/bases/booster seats with a manufacture date of August 14th, 2022 or later. We also have a waiver that you will need to complete. The seat must have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date.

Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

I understand that I will fill out a waiver indicating the seat has not been recalled or been in an accident.

I understand and agree that my car seat will be VERY CLEAN!

I understand and agree that my car seat will have at least 1 year remaining before the expiration date.
