Adoption Application -
READ THIS SECTION BEFORE CONTINUING.

All adoptions require an application form on file.
Make sure you fill in all sections of this form COMPLETELY and you receive confirmation that the form was completed! This means ALL members of the family should be listed and the phone number of your vet that has your current pets on file, even if it is out of state and you plan to use another vet for your new pet. Failure to do so will result in your application being deleted without notice.
You may submit this application even if you do not have a particular pet in mind that you would like to adopt. Please put the animal (rabbit, cat, etc.) in the name section. Please include preferred age, breed, etc if looking for a specific one. Placement is not guaranteed, but we will contact you if an animal comes in matching your preference and your application is approved.
Submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption of any pet.
As the pets are rescues, there is no guarantee they will be of a specific breed. It is our best guess on breed but may not be totally accurate.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
We only adopt our pets to be indoor, members of the family. No exceptions. All pets are fully vaccinated and fixed unless stated otherwise in their profiles.
Adoption fees are as follows:
Rabbits: $80 for one or $120 for a bonded pair
Kittens: $100 for one, or $150 for two
Cats: $50 for adults over 1 year
Puppies: $300
Dogs:$200 for large breed, and $150 for small breed
Rats: $30
Gerbils: $20
Chinchillas: $50
Guinea pigs: $40 for one, $60 for two

We do not allow preadoptions. Once the animal is available, we will accept applications. If you fill out an application for an animal who is not ready yet, it will be deleted without review.

If you do not reschedule your adoption day within 24 hours or without good cause (emergency), you are forfeiting your adoption.

Meet and greets can be scheduled after a housing check has been approved. If the housing check is not complete within one week (2 weeks for rabbits and chinchillas) of an approved application, we will move on to the next applicant.

If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not been contacted regarding a specific pet, one or more requirements was not met or filled out correctly.
