City of Hollister Downtown Objective Design Standards Survey 

This community survey is intended to inform the development of Objective Design Standards (ODS) for Downtown Hollister. State law requires that cities adopt ODS to streamline the review of new multifamily and mixed-use residential buildings, from duplexes to apartment complexes. The ODS will include standards for residential site design, building façadesentryways, landscaping, historic character and other design elements. 

This survey is one part of an outreach process to make sure the Downtown ODS reflect community preferences. The City of Hollister is also hosting an in-person design workshop to collect detailed feedback from residents. This event will be held as follows:

The project team will make identical short introductory presentations at 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
