Use this form if you missed the deadline for clubs OR you have been allocated club(s) and want to be considered for any cancelled/spare places. The form below indicates whether there are any spaces or whether the club has been fully allocated. If a club is not listed we do not hold a waiting list for that club.

When filling any spaces, will work with the following criteria

Children with no clubs
Children with one club already
Children with two clubs already

We will be in touch if a space becomes available. Sometimes it only becomes clear after the first week of clubs. If you don't hear from us you have not been allocated any spare places.
