Request for GoGuardian Parent Access
Please fill out this form in order to gain access to the GoGuardian Parent App, so that you can begin to monitor and filter your child's use of the internet on their school-issued device.  

YOU MUST SUBMIT ONE FORM PER CHILD.

After completing the form, the LCSD Technology Department will process your request.  You will know when we are done updating your account when you receive a welcome email from the Tech Department.  The email will contain instructions for setting up GoGuardian Parent on your Apple or Android Device.
