Central Coast Youth Environmental Stewardship Camp (CC YES) Program Candidate Application
  • CC YES is a FREE 5-day outdoor adventure-based, environmental and climate literacy program for middle school students from groups that are underrepresented in the outdoors and STEM.  
  • Participants will attend a one-week program M-F from 8:30am-4:30pm. 
  • Groups will be kept at 10 participants maximum.
  • Experience-based learning that includes Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and NOAA’s Essential Principles of Climate Literacy, leadership skills, traditional ecological knowledge, hands-on learning, and outdoor adventures. 
  • Activities include hikes, kayaking, nature journaling, hands-on learning, and more!

Creek Lands Conservation will let parents know by the end of April if their child’s application has been accepted and, if so, for which camp week their child is registered.
