Permission Slip for Unsupervised Child Attendance. Age 10 years and up. 

Parents of children aged 10 years or older must complete a new permission form to allow their child to stay at Tarnsfield Swim Club unsupervised until 5:00 PM.

Please be aware of the following guidelines and conditions:

  1. Limited Hours: This permission is only valid for limited hours, and your child is not allowed to be at the swim club alone after 5:00 PM.

  2. Behavioral Expectations: Appropriate behavior is mandatory. Any inappropriate behavior will result in consequences, which may include the revocation of this privilege.

  3. Timely Pick-Up: It is crucial that parents pick up their children by the designated time. In the event of inclement weather or an emergency, children must be picked up promptly.

  4. Parental Availability: This privilege is not a substitute for summer camp. It is intended for situations where parents are local, cannot accompany their children to the pool, but are readily available if needed.
