Thank you for your interest in Birding Languedoc small group tours and private guiding.
Local knowledge is so important - and our tours all have a bilingual resident tour leader and are guided by the best local wildlife specialists.
If you need help completing the form or have any questions about a trip, please email us at
birdinglanguedoc@gmail.com.
Please complete the form below for each participant OR 1 form for 2 people sharing a room.
People travelling together but not room sharing, please complete separate forms.
When we receive your form we will check that we have all the information necessary and will advise accordingly.
We only ask for a deposit when we have enough participants to confirm the trip.
At that point we will send you a Contract with our fully bonded inbound travel agency with details of how to pay the deposit (or full amount).
Your place on the trip will be secured when we have received all of the following:
a) Signed Booking Confirmation form
b) A deposit representing 50% of the total tour price
c) Details of your travel insurance policy (to include medical cover abroad, repatriation and cancellation including due to Covid).
The full balance of the trip must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the tour.
If you cannot fill in all the required fields at this stage, please enter TBC (to be confirmed) and you can add missing information later (e.g. Travel insurance policy number etc.).
When you click on the Submit button at the bottom of the form, you will receive an email with a copy of the information you have submitted and this will include a link that allows you to edit your form.
We look forward to hosting you and helping you see the wonderful birds and other wildlife of this little known and unspoilt corner of southern France!
N.B. If you do NOT receive an email with a copy of what you submitted, then your form did NOT submit correctly!
You may be required to respond to a CAPTCHA request... involving selecting images of traffic lights, cars, bridges or other - please complete this request in order to finalise the "submit" process (it is Google's way of checking that you are a real person and not a bot!).
