Welcome Mendota Families!Mendota Elementary families and guardians can opt in to have their information published in an all school Directory for the 2024-2025 school year by completing this Google form. A hard copy Directory will be delivered late fall 2024 (one per family).
Steps:
- Enter a valid email address to verify response. This email address will receive a confirmation upon completing the form.
- Enter your Student's name (up to 4) and select their corresponding teacher from drop down menu.
- Enter Primary Contact details (name, phone, email)
- Enter Secondary Contact details (name, phone, email)
