North Star has many fun events in the works, and we need help! Volunteer activities are 1 - 3 hour-long tasks (i.e., “one and done”), and others may be longer recurring planning or execution commitments. Take a look at the opportunities below to see what fits your interests. Select all that apply to you, and we will contact you to share more information about the events and roles to confirm your continued interest and timing. Completing this form does not lock you into a commitment until we connect with your further.

DCTC Driving Events - Opportunity List

Track set up (place cones for exercises and track in/out guides), 1 – 2 hours

Track "Maintenance" - shag cones, direct cars on track, back up to the Marshal, 4 - 5 hours

Participant Registration, 1 – 2 hours

A “Runner” to pick up lunch and replenish water/ice, 1 – 2 hours

I love DCTC driving schools – plug me in where needed as long as I can still participate in the event

Social Events - Opportunity List (Various)

Organize North Star social meetups, held bi-monthly or as needed at consistent or rotating locations.

Volunteer at annual social events (summer and winter gatherings), 3 - 5 hours

General Chapter Volunteer Opportunities

Take high-quality photographs during one or more events - post on North Star's Flickr site

Write a feature article in one or more monthly newsletters. ~500-750 characters/ 2-4 Photos

Post one or more items on North Star FaceBook group per week for three or more months

Write a feature article in one of the two annual BimmerLife National Magazines (spring/fall)

With Chapter guidance, identify sponsors and develop relationships for successful partners
