Olé Football Academy | Goal Keeper Camp - October 2022

Age: Players born between 2007 - 2010


Player Attire:

It is our preference that players wear all black training kit (Olé kit is fine) if possible - shirt, shorts, socks and jackets. Boots will be required for all football sessions on the pitch, as well as any other appropriate footwear for the indoor classroom sessions. Players should bring their own goalkeeper gloves if they have them, otherwise, we will be able to provide a pair to borrow for the day. 


What to bring:

Attendees will need to bring some extra warm clothing, as well as a towel and change of clothing just in case there is rain and they get wet training. Players need to bring their own lunch and snacks, as well as a water bottle. 


Itinerary:

See below an outline for the day. Please note that these timings are an estimate, and may change based on the needs of the group throughout the day. 

9:00AM - 9:30AM: Arrive, Introduction + Overview: "Style of Play" and "The Olé GK" 

9:30AM - 10:30AM: GK Session 1

10:30AM - 11:30AM: Morning Tea

11:30AM - 12:30PM: GK Session 2 

12:30PM - 1:30PM: Lunch + Classroom Session 

1:30PM - 2:30PM: GK Session 3

2:30PM - 3.00PM: Pack up & Wrap up - Questions

The training camp will be led by our Head Goalkeeper Coach Nick Stanton, with senior Olé Academy goalkeeper Ine Maro assisting.
