2024 Cyber Innovation Scholars

Graduate students and postdocs, have you considered how your research could positively impact people’s lives and provide solutions to societal problems? Are you interested in exploring avenues to commercialize your ideas?  Apply to become Cyber Innovation Scholar and take the next step toward honing your entrepreneurial skills. 

The Cyber Innovation Scholars Program includes:

  • Up to $2,000 professional development award to support conference travel, registration, society memberships, and training. These funds are not meant to cover equipment purchases or tuition.

  • A half-day cyber startup workshop.

  • Exercises to help you envision/visualize how your research can seed a startup. 

  • Opportunities for entrepreneurial brainstorming.
