The provided data shall be used by means of computer and data transmission equipment, with the sole purpose of providing the requested service. For this reason, data will only be stored for a period not exceeding 5 years, after which all data will be deleted.
The "Data Controller" is the BFM Consortium. The data processing related to the web services provided by this website is mainly carried out at the CMCC Foundation headquarters by the appointed data processors. The above-mentioned data is not transferred to any third parties.
When required by maintenance activities concerning any technological issues of the website, data connected to the code download service can be processed by persons who have previously been entrusted with the maintenance as data processors, according to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679. Without prejudice to the above, users’ data will not be disclosed.
