Back to School Survey, #2
Please read the Back to School plan prior to taking this survey. The Back to School Plan can be found in the Facebook group and under the COVID-19 tab on the website (
). Responses from this survey will help us make final plans for the upcoming school year. Please fill out one survey per family.
Please make plans to join us for a parent/community meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 13th. There will also be a bus meeting for students who will ride busses to and from school at this time and teachers will be in the building for you to drop off supplies and say hi!
What are the names of your children and what grades will they be going in to this year? (i.e. Jane Doe- First Grade, John Doe- Eighth Grade)
What option will you be choosing for your child(ren)?
Option 1: My child(ren) will be in school with precautions.
Option 2: My child(ren) will be out of school on synchronous, virtual learning.
Option 3: My child(ren) will be out of school on asynchronous, virtual learning.
Choosing either out of school option will require a meeting with the school administration and a signed plan of expectations. Your reason for choosing out of school learning MUST be COVID-19 health related.
