Volunteer for Holiday Swag Assembly & Delivery

Team Up Mentoring is launching a brand-new holiday fundraiser — and we need your help to make it magical!

We're crafting fresh greenery mailbox swags and door décor using clippings donated by a local Christmas tree farm. These festive pieces will be sold to raise money for our programs serving local youth and families — and we’d love for you to join us in bringing them to life!

You can volunteer to help during one (or more!) of our swag assembly workdays at our Monroe office:

Assembly Shifts:
• Tuesday, December 2 | 1:00–4:00 PM
• Wednesday, December 3 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Friday, December 5 | 4:00–7:00 PM

We’ll provide all the materials and instructions — no crafting experience needed!

We are also looking for delivery helpers to drop off swags to customers around Monroe and nearby areas. Deliveries will happen shortly after each build day (same or next day) and are flexible based on your availability. The fewer we have to store, the better!

Whether you love hot glue guns, fresh pine smells, or making an impact with your time — we’d love to have you on Team Up’s holiday squad.

Quality Control Helper | Inspect finished swags for fullness, balance, tag placement; touch up if needed

Delivery Driver | Deliver swags to homes in local area (Monroe + ~15 min radius)
