NASH BASH 25 Vendor Form
The Nash Bash is an all-ages music festival for the Brownsville community held every year. This year we are receiving support and appearances from organizations like the Brownsville Public Library, ROCA, The Children's Museum, and more. 

This year, we will have amazing LIVE Music Performances and Entertainment for everyone, Skateboarding Contests, Raffles, Farmers Market, Food Trucks, Drinks, Face Painting andTattoos, Trims and Cuts, Art Gallery and Workshops, Book Swap and Authors, Pet Adoptions, Family Fun and Games. TIME and LOCATION:

  • When: Saturday, November 15th, 2025
  • Where: Brownsville Sports Park OUTDOOR EVENT
  • Time: 1PM - 11PM

SET UP: 

  • Please arrive at 12PM latest to assign your spot and set up your table and products.

MATERIALS REQUIRED: 
  • You will need to bring your own table.
  • You will need to bring your own tent(optional but we will not be providing tents).
  • You will need to bring your own chair/s.

VENDOR CRITERIA:

  • DIFFERENT PRODUCTS: Since the Farmer's market is one part of this grand event, we have a limited space for vendors and will be choosing vendors based on a first come first serve basis and based on the product you're selling. We're looking for variety in type of vendors: clothes, stationary, toys, crochet, accessories, jewelry, plants, art, soap, candles, woodworks, pottery, etc.
  • BEGINNER VENDORS ACCEPTED: If you're new to being a vendor or just starting, don't worry we welcome you to try it out with us and gain experience. What matters to us is that you bring your products and work ethic, even if you don't have a very flashy display or big budget to spend on it. Try your best and bring a good attitude. 
  • AGE APPROPRIATE PRODUCTS ONLY: Since this is a family event, we are asking vendors to refrain from selling products rated 18+. If only some of your products are 18+, please do not bring these to the event.
  •  NO FOOD VENDORS: Unfortunately we cannot accept food vendors in this event since we will be having food trucks selling food already. 

SIGN UP FEE OPTIONS:

  1. $25 
  2. $20 and a donation of one of your items for the raffles to the public. 
  • Payment Methods: Cashapp and Zelle. If you need to do a cash payment, please contact us and we'll arrange this prior to the event. 

---------The NASH BASH 25 is a non-profit event, so these fees will be going towards funding raffle gifts and --------------------------------------------------covering other expenses from producing the festival. -------------------------------------------------

------------Sign Up Fees Once Paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and need to be paid to secure your spot in the --------------------------------------event. No spots will be reserved until payment is received PRIOR TO THE EVENT.------------------------

If you do not have a table/chair, we may be able to loan you one free of charge, but you must inform us of this at least 2 weeks before the event to check availability. We do not loan out tents, but we may be able to rent them to you if you're interested with a 2 week notice.


EXPOSURE AND MARKETING:

The Nash Bash is not your usual farmers market. It is a community event including a farmers market for the public. This year, we are expecting around 1 to 2 thousand people to attend so you will have traffic throughout the day. Vendors and family of vendors will be included in the raffles since the rule is: everyone who attends will receive one raffle entry ticket for attending. So bring your family and friends! The more people know about this event, the better chance it is for you to sell your products. 

We are asking vendors to send us a picture of their logo to make personalized flyer for each vendor to share on their platform. It is mandatory to do your best to announce your participation in this event, try to aim for 2-3 times a week on different platforms to maximize visibility. 

Since we are a non-profit the farmers market is only a part of our event, we ask for a very low sign up fee compared to other markets. We want to fill up our vendor spots to offer the public variety, so if you know of any other vendors(that sell different products) please share our event with them.
