  • All Food vendors must have a fire extinguisher available at their booth

  • All vendors are subject to approval by the NY Caribbean Jerk Fest Committee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A refund for booth space will be issued if the festival is notified in writing prior to June 30, 2025. No refunds after this date.

  • The last day to cancel for an 80% refund is June 21, 2025.

The New York Caribbean All White Jerk Festival

The New York All White Jerk Fest returns with even more flavor, rhythm, and style—offering a unique opportunity to elevate your brand at one of the city's most vibrant cultural events. This highly anticipated celebration of Caribbean cuisine, fashion, and music brings together food lovers, influencers, and culture seekers for an unforgettable day of all things jerk. As a vendor, you’ll connect directly with an engaged and enthusiastic audience in a high-energy setting designed for exposure and impact. All vendors must be approved by the NY Caribbean Jerk  Festival Committee before participating. After receiving approval, payment is due within 48 hours to confirm the booth reservation.

Generator Rules For Vendors :

Generator Size: Use a generator that’s the right size for your booth’s power needs.

Noise: Keep the generator noise low so it doesn’t disturb others.

Fuel Safety: Store fuel safely, away from heat or open flames.

Placement: Set up the generator in a designated area and follow safety rules.

Please select your setup date/time:  We are strongly encouraging all vendors to setup their station on Friday July 4th between the hours of 9am - 5pm. On Saturday July 5th loading  time is very limited and will be strongly enforced by the Park authorities. (8am - 10am) - NO EXCEPTIONS

If you miss the load in windows, you will have to park in the parking lot and walk your gear in. You are only allowed to drive in, unload and then move your vehicle back to the lot. 
Your vehicle cannot re-enter the park until the event is done. If you choose to leave before completion, all your equipments will have to be moved by foot to your vehicle. 

You are not allowed to leave anything in the park. Your area should be left clean as when you arrived.  Garbage bins will be in place. You’re allotted a 10’ X 10’ space and must have proper tent covering and securely fastened to the ground in case there’s wind.
