JA Elementary Volunteer Hours Reporting (Off Campus or Non-School Time ONLY)
This form is to be used to report time spent on completing projects that are done AWAY FROM SCHOOL or OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOURS. If you volunteered at school, during school hours, and signed in to the Volunteer System - RAPTOR - in the school office, please do NOT use this form. Your time will be captured by the Volunteer Recording system at school. If you volunteered at school, but outside of school hours, please report your hours here. 

This report will be combined with information entered at school for the purpose of reporting to the Board of Directors and for volunteer recognition. Reporting your time is valuable for our Administrators to gauge Volunteer Engagement, as well as to determine if additional resources are needed for Volunteer Management and reporting. All volunteers should report their hours - you do NOT need to be a PTO member to report volunteer time.
