Poway High School Choirs May Concert t-shirt and spirit shirt/sweatshirt order (May 2024)

This is a combined order form for both the "SHOW SHIRT" and choir "spirit wear."

Every person will wear the "SHOW SHIRT" for the May concert. The cost of the "SHOW SHIRT" is approximately $12. It is a required uniform item. Please pay for your "SHOW SHIRT" shirt if you are able to do so. That is helpful to the PHS Choral Booster budget. No student will be denied a "SHOW SHIRT" due to inability to pay.

You may also request a choir "spirit wear" t-shirt and/or sweatshirt with this form. This shirt will be the required shirt for all ADVANCED CHOIR (ATC and DL) non-concert event performances, and will be required for trips/travel.

All students in ATC and DL for 2024-25 need to order a "spirit wear" shirt. See Ms.Schemmel if you have questions.

The "spirit wear" shirt is optional for Concert Choir students in 2024-25.

If you would like to order multiples or multiple sizes of the SAME item- like multiple "SHOW SHIRTS" or multiple "spiritwear" tshirts and sweatshirts (for whatever reason - maybe your daughter is a choir director and you like to have the show shirts for her concerts), please fill out additional forms with different emails (use mom's or dad's email maybe).
