Dear Moms!
Our support group, formerly known as "Mommy and Me" through Barton Health, changed its name, location and organizers. We are now the "Crawl Space" and meet weekly in person at the South Lake Tahoe Library (1000 Rufus Allen Blvd). There are two sessions:
Mondays from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. for parents or caregivers with young toddlers, 13-24+ months old
Mondays from 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. for parents or caregivers with infants, 0-12 months old.
Our mission is the same: it is a space for moms to meet and give each other peer support. To facilitate the group, I briefly talk about a parenting or child development topic each week. Dads (or male caregivers) are welcome in this group. Should you rather want to talk in private, please contact me and we can set up meeting via phone, virtual or in person.
I also highly recommend parents to complete Ages and Stages Questionnaires. The are parent-led screenings to celebrate your child’s milestones and an opportunity
for you to learn more child development. The ASQ:3 looks at your child’s
development in areas such as gross and fine motor, communication, and problem
solving. The ASQ:2-SE looks at your child’s social-emotional skills. You can
fill it out online:

Once completed, I will send you the results and an activity packet in an e-mail
and we can review the results if you like.
You will also learn about Community Hub resources - we serve individuals of all ages by connecting them to supports and resources.
