2025 Texas Age Group SC Championships Officials Sign Up

Welcome to the Texas Age Group SC Championship Meet!  If you plan to officiate at the meet, please fill out the sign-up form below and submit.

March 6-9, 2025 at the FMH Foundation Natatorium, Midland, TX

Deadline to apply for an Evaluation is February 20.

If shirts are provided, sign up by February 13 to receive a shirt.  If you sign up after this date you are not guaranteed to receive a shirt.

Please email your OTS history to to timbyerly1985@gmail.com, if you are requesting an evaluation  The steps below can be used to produce a pdf of your history:


1)  Log into USAS account , go to "Official , My Official History, Meet History Tab " click on it
2)  Highlight your history 
3)  Change your printer to "Microsoft to PDF"
4)  Hit "Print"
5)  Attached it to email to timbyerly1985@gmail.com, most likely from the download file
