The Maryland Department of Labor's Division on Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI), in collaboration with the U.S. Digital Response, is conducting a research study aimed at understanding businesses' unique needs and potential challenges presented by the forthcoming paid family and medical leave insurance system. This research will assist in the development of a new software designed to support the state of Maryland’s new paid family and medical leave insurance system, ensuring it is user-friendly, effective, and tailored to your needs.

What to Expect:

• This interest form will take approximately 5 minutes of your time.

• You may be invited for a 30-minute interview to further discuss your experiences and insights.

Confidentiality and Data Use:

• Your responses will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of this research.

• Any identifying information will be anonymized in our analysis and reporting. We will not sell or share your data with third-party entities.

• Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without any consequences.
