Protecting Consumers in the Digital Currency Economy (Guiding Principles)
This survey asks you to examine the "Guiding Principles on Consumer Protection Best Practices for Businesses Working with Digital Currencies and other Blockchain-Derived Distributed Technology Assets "developed out of the Bretton Woods 2016 workshop. You will be ask for your recommendations on consumer rights and guiding principles companies should follow in order to best protect consumers. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THIS QUESTIONNAIRE ONLY ADDRESSES GUIDING PRINCIPLES, NOT DETAILED BEST PRACTICES FOR COMPANIES TO FOLLOW. Detailed best practices (i.e. specific methods or actions companies should employ to adhere to guiding principles) will be addressed in a subsequent survey.
