You must have a secure garden with fencing of a minimum 6 feet in height. If you have access to a communal garden then dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Our non refundable adoption donation is £525. This covers vaccinations, blood tests if from abroad, neuter/spay if the dog is an adult, microchip, passport if needed and travel to the foster home. If you are applying for a puppy they are subject to a neutering agreement and they will need to be neutered/spayed at your cost when they are old enough.

This information will be held securely and only accessed by authorised personnel. By returning this form you consent to our processing your sensitive data (such as data relating to your health or criminal convictions) for the above purposes. You have the right to ask for a copy of your information and to correct any inaccuracies. We may monitor or record communications for training and evidential purposes. We never disclose your information to third parties without your prior consent.

You agree that to the best of your knowledge and belief that no person residing in your household, or who will care for the dog, is disqualified from keeping animals or has a deprivation order made under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 or has a conviction for any offences relating to animals.

You agree to comply with all relevant regulations, legislation and laws regarding the welfare, control, ownership and protection of animals including without limitation the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the codes of practice under that Act.
