Complete this quick form if you'd like to check the status of an Athlete or Volunteer Application.  

If you are checking on behalf of someone else, please make sure to enter the information of the person you wish to check and NOT YOURSELF.  If you have more than one person to check, please submit a separate form for each person.

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided and someone will get back to you with your status within 3 business days.

If you are checking for a NEW Athlete, and have either not submitted an Athlete Application (available at www.BecomeAnAthleteSONC.org) or submitted an application less than 2 weeks ago, please wait until at least 2 weeks after you submit the application to complete this form, as we allow 2 weeks for processing of applications.
