What is the reason behind your request
Thank you for working with your parents, teachers, and counselors to select your courses during course registration this past March. Since our master schedule is based on your course registration, it is a serious challenge to change schedules. We are only able to consider a schedule adjustment if the reason for the request is listed below.
Out of compliance (Special Education)
Course previously taken & earned credit
Failed course with the same teacher
Prerequisite course not met/Course out of sequence
Level Change (like switching from an academic class to honors level)
Hardship/Other Important/Major Medical (explain below)
