Your request will be sent to our support team via email and you will receive copy. You should receive that email within the next 20 minutes. Our fulfillment team will then ship you a replacement lockbox along with a return shipping label. You will receive an email from Shippo with tracking information.

When you receive the replacement, please use the included return shipping label to return the malfunctioning lockbox to us within 10 days; otherwise, the carrier may expire the label and discard the package.
