NEPA Horror Film Festival Vendor Form for October 2019 Event
Important Information:

October 2019 at the Circle Drive-In in Scranton, PA.
This is an outdoor event. You must bring your own table (no larger than one 8ft table), chairs, and tent if needed.

Vendor Selection:
This is a limited, curated event. Items that more closely match the theme will be given priority. We are looking for vendors that will sell horror-related items, VHS tapes, classic video games and systems, retro toys and games, original artwork, patches, pinback buttons, stickers, vintage clothing, antiques, collectibles, ethically-sourced taxidermy, zines and comics, and crystals or new age jewelry. This application is for vendor submission only and does NOT guarantee admission. To ensure quality and relevance, vendor selection will be based content, application, creativity, and visual appeal. Please be sure to provide an accurate description of your items, as well as a link to your website or social media page in the form. Please also note we do not accept Scentsy, Avon, LuLuRoe, Pandora, or any other independent consultant brands.

Important Dates:
We will jury all applications submitted between February 2019 and August 2019. All vendors will be notified of their status via email. After this date, all applications will be approved on a first come-first served basis depending on availability of space and vendor variety.

Tables and Payments:
You must bring your own table (no larger than one 8ft table), chairs, and tent if needed. If accepted, you will be notified with an invoice for $30 registration fee or an email pertaining to a waiting list if you are interested.

Set-Up and Tear-Down:
Upon arrival, please check in with the organizer or any volunteer. All spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis and we cannot guarantee electricity. Any vendor that is running late must notify us. All vendors are responsible for cleaning their surrounding area, including removal of all trash and debris. Any vendor that leaves the market early may not be accepted at a future date.

Cancellations and Refunds:
We must be notified of any cancellations 10 days before the day of the event in order for you to receive a credit for a future date. Refunds will not be issued. Cancellations due to an emergency will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We will try to accommodate you as best as possible with our own resources, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be met.

Other Information:
We reserve the right to remove, deny, or terminate any vendor being disruptive, rude or detrimental to the operation of the event. We reserve right to request the removal of any items deemed offensive, inappropriate, unsafe, or detracting. We reserve the right to remove, deny, or terminate any vendor that misrepresents themselves or their items. Vendors should immediately report any unsafe conditions to the organizer. Any vendor removed for behavior or safety issues will not be issued a refund. We reserve the right to revise, add, or remove these regulations.
