Hastings College: Vehicle Registration for Parking Permit
THIS FORM IS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES AND CURRENT STUDENTS
If you change your vehicle or license plate number, you must refill out this form with your new information.

All Hastings College students, faculty, and staff are required to register the license number of vehicles they plan to park on campus. There is no parking pass fee, yet please have a visible parking pass when parking on campus for campus safety reasons.

  • No person shall park a motor vehicle on college property in any location other than authorized and designated parking areas which have been so marked.
  • Persons are not allowed to park in areas painted yellow 
  • Persons are not allowed to park in spaces reserved for campus visitors, etc. Campus is filled with strategically placed parking spots to accommodate all members of the HC Campus. Please make sure that you are parking in respectable HC parking areas.
  • We must emphasize the importance of respecting our accessible spaces. These spots are reserved for individuals with the appropriate permits, and play a critical role in ensuring accessibility for everyone. If you do not have the appropriate permit for a handicap space, DO NOT park in these designated areas. You will be subjected to a fine. 

After completing this form, you can pick up your parking permit at the Campus Connect Desk at Hazelrigg Student Union between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday-Friday.
