2017 Pride Parade
We're excited to announce the first ever NKY Pride Parade! We have decided to host the parade on June 11th in solidarity with the LGBTQ march in Washington D.C.. We hope many of the region's great organizations, businesses, and residents will come out and support the LGBTQ community as a participant or as a spectator.

The parade will start at 1pm at Covington Landing. There will be a number of designated watch spots along the route. If you represent a business or church along the route and would like to be a designated watch spot please contact northernkyfairness@gmail.com.

With permission from the Southern Poverty Law Center, this year's theme is "Y'all Means All!" We encourage parade participants to portray the theme if they'd like.

Entries are encouraged to display their identity through a variety of visual media such as signs, banners both in front and on the sides of the entry, balloons, flags and/or t-shirts so that judges and spectators can easily identify the entry.

All participants are asked to display an attitude that promotes pride in the LGBTQ community. Participants may not use profanity, vulgar music, obscene gestures, or show other improper conduct toward any other group or individual participant or spectator.
