This is the official AASA Affiliation Application Form. Before starting, kindly make sure you have done/acknowledged the following:

3. You acknowledge the fact that the AASA reserves the right to deny applications.
4. You understand that your application may take up to a week to be answered.
5. You must use grammar and be polite, formal, and not use slang words. Keep it professional.
6. You must have read #requirements before submitting an application. If you don't meet them, do not apply.
