After submitting the request you will receive a call or email from one of our staff members.  For urgent questions or support, please call (new enrollment number)
 
Please take note that we are receiving a high number of appointments, and we are working diligently to send you a confirmation within 24 hours during working days Monday through Friday. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment has not been confirmed.
