Welcome to LGS !  We are happy you found us. The Society holds several monthly meeting opportunities: a hybrid General Membership Meeting where we hear extraordinary speakers, a Zoom Genealogy Workshop where you can come get help on your genealogy questions, a Zoom DNA Study Group, and a Zoom Family Search Website Study Group.  The hybrid membership meeting format gives you the choice to attend in person or on Zoom. Sign up to receive invitations for all or some of these opportunities below.  

Check out our hybrid General Membership meetings!  In an effort to provide exception speakers, LGS welcomes guests for 2 Membership Meetings per calendar year.  Upon the third Membership Meeting, we invite the guest to become a member to continue receiving meeting handouts

By subscribing to our guest mailing list(s) you will receive an e-mail invitation to our meetings; our General Membership meeting, the Collaborative Genealogy Workshop, or the special interest group meetings.  Please fill in your name, email address, indicate the meeting(s) of interest; and we would appreciate knowing how you learned about our meetings.   You will receive an e-mail with the location of in-person meetings and the login information for our Zoom meetings prior to the meeting.

Please Note: Anyone signing up after 9:00 pm on the day preceding a meeting may not receive an invitation for that month's meeting!
