1. Traverse Vidéo organizes International Meetings for various mediums of experimental art, exceptionally including other forms in accordance with its theme.

2. Traverse Vidéo does not charge any registration fees.

3. You authorize Traverse Vidéo to schedule the selected work free of charge.

4. The selected works are scheduled during the International Meetings of Traverse in Toulouse and in other partner cities starting from March 2025. The selected performances are scheduled from March 12 to March 16, 2025.

5. The selected works are not scheduled for any online programming.

6. All works with dialogues or intertitles in languages other than French must be subtitled in French to be scheduled. If your work is selected, it will only be programmed if subtitled. Traverse Vidéo can participate in the translation into French and in some cases in the subtitling after receiving the transcription of dialogues/intertitles with the time code.

7. The selected videos enter a video library, unless expressly refused in writing (below). These videos can only be viewed on-site, for non-commercial purposes only. They may be cited during workshops on experimental art and included in the programming of carte blanche requests made to Traverse Vidéo voluntarily, in which case the artist's permission is requested.

8. In the case of sending works or any other document by mail, they are returned only if accompanied by a properly stamped envelope with your postal address.

9. You guarantee to the Traverse Vidéo association that you hold or have acquired all necessary rights and permissions for the participation of the work in the event.

Traverse Vidéo cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from non-compliance with copyright laws.

1. You commit to providing Traverse Vidéo with the broadcasting file, as well as promotional materials (still images, texts) of the selected work within the required deadlines announced in the selection notice, and to respond to any information requests necessary for scheduling as quickly as possible.

2. The Traverse Vidéo association reserves the right to correct, respecting their intent, the texts (synopsis, presentation text, statement of intent) provided by the artists at the time of registration of the work, in order to respect its editorial line for all communication materials related to the event and to avoid text repetitions.

3. You authorize Traverse Vidéo to use texts, images, and even short video clips concerning the selected works for any internal communication support (website and social networks of Traverse, trailers and other promotional audiovisual productions designed by the association, posters, programs, printed and digital flyers, etc.) or external (press, specialized sites, etc.), as well as for the event's catalogue book.

4. Reimbursements will be examined on a case-by-case basis for selected artists.
