Cowles Student Matinee Reservation Form 2017/2018
All student matinees begin at 10:30am and run for approximately 60 minutes. Tickets cost $5 per person. The Cowles Education Department will check in your group upon arrival. No physical tickets will be issued for student matinee performances. An email confirmation will be sent to the Group Lead/Billing Contact once this form has been received.
All ticket reservations are final three weeks prior to the performance.

By checking this box, you understand the following Student Matinee Reservation Policies: Tickets are $5 each and are purchased as general admission. We will assign seats by seating chart based on size of group, accommodation needs, and grade level. We will send the Group Lead a confirmation email shortly after receiving your reservation form. An invoice will be sent to your billing contact and Group Lead two months prior to the performance unless otherwise requested. The Group Lead is responsible for making sure it is paid. If you must make changes to your reservation, you may do so by emailing Hannah Elias, Administrative/Finance Assistant, at helias@thecowlescenter.org up until 3 weeks before the Matinee date, at which point payment is due and all reservations are final. Once we are within 3 weeks of the Matinee date, we will not issue any ticket refunds. The Cowles Center accepts check or credit card. Payment instructions will be listed in detail on your invoice. *
