Course Provisions

1 Premium Driving School, Inc. will provide a minimum of 6 hours of classroom instruction provided by a certified instructor. Classroom instruction shall not exceed 2 hours per day.

REQUIRED DEPARTMENT OF STATE INFORMATION
NOTICE This provider is required to be certified by the Secretary of State. If you have any complaint which you cannot settle with this provider, please complete the Driver Education Complaint form found on the Department of State website; www.michigan.gov/teendriver. Completion of driver education instruction does not guarantee qualification for a driver license.

A minimum of 30 hours of supervised driving, including two hours of nighttime driving, on a Level 1 license that has been held for at least three continuous months must be completed before a student can be accepted into Segment 2. Supervised driving is defined as driving with a licensed parent, guardian or parent designee age 21 or older.

Terms

1.The parent or guardian agrees to pay the amount of $80.00 which needs to be paid in full by the first day of class. 1 Premium Driving School, Inc. will accept Credit Cards, Debit, or Cash.
2.To replace a lost or damaged Segment 2 certificate call the office and pay $30.
3.The required score to pass the STATE TEST is 70%; the student will have 3 attempts to pass the test.
4.There is no charge for materials and supplies for the class.
5.In case of a student’s absence or emergency the student must make up that day in a future Segment 2 class.

Refund Policy

1. If for any reason you decide to withdraw from the course before its completion, your refund will be based on the following:

a. A full refund will be issued if the student withdraws before instruction begins.
b. Once instruction begins there are no refunds.

If you have not yet made your payment for Segment 2 an invoice will be sent to the parent/guardian email listed above within 24 hours of receiving contract!
