  • If you are unhappy with the services provided please let us know within 24 hours and give us the opportunity to correct anything you find unsatisfactory!
  • Please note that when booking, we may use before and after photos of your home for our social media.  We will never show any personal information that will indicate whose home it is, or anything private.
  • Deposits are required to hold certain spots, and are non-refundable.

If cancelling at least 48 hours in advance there will be no charge.  24 hours or less we will charge you 50% of your agreed upon clean.  Same day cancellation will result in a full charge.

To expedite your quote please text us a few photos of your home to our business phone 205-895-0878!  It will help us give you an accurate quote as it is based on your specific home.  Quick snaps from the doorway of each room are sufficient.
Some notes for your clean:

*We will provide all of the products for the clean, EXCEPT trash bags and paper towels.  Please leave those out for the technicians

*We use chemical based products. If you are a chemical free family, please let us know! You are welcome to provide the products you prefer.

*Dishes and laundry are not included with our packages, but you can request for an additional fee.  Please have sinks cleared before our arrival so we can clean properly.
