Vendor Requirements and Terms

Payment:
Crafters Full Weekend - $200.00
Crafters Friday - $50.00 (Full Day)
Crafters Saturday - $75.00 (Full Day)
Crafters Sunday - $75.00 (Full Day)

Set-Up and Breakdown: Set-up begins at 8:00 AM on August 15, 2025. All vendors must be set up by 4:00 PM on August 15, 2025. Breakdown must be completed by 8:00 PM on August 17, 2025. 

Booth Specifications: Each crafter will be provided a space of 10' x 10'. Crafters must provide their own tables, chairs, and tents if required. 

Electricity: Limited electrical outlets are available. Please indicate if you require electricity. Additional fee may apply for electrical access. 

Permits and Insurance: Crafters are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and insurance. Vendor must submit Certificate of Insurance naming the 
City of Lewiston, 60 Pine Street, Lewiston, ME 04240
as additional insured.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
